I was very hesitant to buy this baking mat as I wasn't sure about the quality. OMG, it's a thick silicone mat that sticks right onto the marble counter top and it doesn't slide or bunch up at all. I made bread on it and it was a breeze to clean up. Just washed the mat and air dry it. Roll it up to store it, so it doesn't take up space. What i really love about this mat is that it has all kind of measurements, US, European, inches and centimeters, oz to ml. So so so convenient. Highly highly recommend it for anyone that does baking. Delivery also took 1 week to UK.
